Issuing a Refund

To issue a refund to one of your registrants, you'll navigate to the registration details page for the participant due a refund. 

  • You can do so by navigating to the Sign Ups section of your season and choosing the details icon next to that player:

  • Or by searching the player's name in your Members tab and selecting "View Details" in their Registration History: 


Once on this page, you'll select the back arrow on the far right of the completed payment:


 


This view allows you to select how much you would like to refund, up to the total paid, and include a note to track who refunded or why the refund was issued.
